Former City-County Councillor and ex-member of the IMPD brass, Lincoln Plowman, has been charged by the feds for attempted extortion and alleged solicitation of a bribe.
The Indianapolis Star has the full details.
If convicted, Plowman could be in jail for a long time.

That must be why he hired "where there's smoke, there's Jim Voyles" to defend him.
I sincerely hope Mr. Plowman creates a legacy of burning the rest of the Indiana "good ole boys" both Democrat and Republican.
He is a minor league AAA player at best. Please Mr. Plowman open it all up!!!!!
